Staff was super very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel was set in a central area near the activities such as mini-golf and tennis, the Gold Coast from Adelaide and all theme parks and shops.

Location close enough to theme parks and public transport, Coombabah Lakes Conservation Area, and tennis court. For tea or coffee visit Treehouse Cafe nearby. Great-sized rooms, had an excellent stay during the holidays. The beds were large, and the location was good and ideal.

The restaurant was good with excellent food, I tried delicious dishes. The location was nice, close to a river and a harbor. A few times I ate at Pickled Cactus, located just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

Had excellant stay on holidays. I loved the neat room for children to ride scooters and the staff were amiable. The location was good - short way from everywhere I wanted to go. I was happy to find Pickled Cactus, it was not too far from the hotel and served nice food. The place was reasonably priced.

Facilities were lovely clean, even so Wi-Fi was very limited.

The location seemed marvellous close to shops for supplies. Very pleasant and incredibly welcoming staff did a great job. Meals in the hotel were great...

The hotel was placed in the very central location close to Harbourtown which has lots of good dining options. Also, Southport Sharks Club was 3 miles away from the property.

The room was large and stylish with central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave.

Possibly the best and very nice stay during the holidays. Competent best staff, incredible location to the local attractions. Based next to including supermarkets, the island of good times and bountiful Treasure and family friendly activities. Nice views of garden and great value for money breakfasts with had eggs Benedict

By and large, it was excellent place for sightseeing in Gold Coast, had much fun. All the staff was really friendly and super friendly, solved my issues. The hotel had a very central position close to parks and other attractions and shops and Surfers Paradise and all conveniences and setup.

Well, Wi-Fi was very limited.

Favourable amazing location, very close to shopping centre. Also - adjacent to Surfers Paradise as well as being over the road from Harbour Town and easy driving distance to the theme parks. Impressive and fantastic room for children to ride scooters. Affordable food for awesome breakfast with had eggs Benedict.

We thoroughly enjoyed good sized and brand-new rooms and outstanding food.

Location: the hotel was just next door to theme parks, gold coast and large shopping centres and all the theme parks and supermarkets and shops and theme parks. Sometimes it was rainy outside, so we went to Subway, had some food there. Our room had a large bed and a lovely view. A huge variety of meals for breakfast, it was great value.

We truly enjoyed good sized and nice styled rooms and outstanding food.

We ate at a reasonably priced restaurant with a full bar and restaurant. Favourable location - an easy walk to everywhere we needed.

The rooms were immaculate and fabulous with exceptionally comfortable beds. The location in a vibrant area was marvellous and there were convenience stores and a grocery store nearby.

The location of the property was good and ideal, on her own will a fully booked out restaurant.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices for its accommodations and activities. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The location is convenient, with easy access to the Bistro and other facilities. The rooms are well-maintained and spacious, with attention to detail and basic amenities.

All was satisfactory, no complaints.
